PATCH INFORMATION

  • All patch orders will be taken on a first come basis until the patches are gone.

  • To place and order please email me, Jan McKinney, with the quantity you need and the address to send them to.

  • Patches are $2.10 (US) each (this does not include postage).

  • PAYMENT accepted by check/money order or
    PAYPAL
    (preferred)

  • Preferred method of payment is with a credit card or debit card by using PayPal (a slight additional fee will be added to cover PayPal costs)... Or, I will accept a money order or personal check (in US currency). $35 fee for returned checks.

  • To use your credit card you need to go to www.paypal.com and create a free/secure account (if you don't already have an account). Once that is done, log in to the account click on send money and email the appropriate amount to mckinneyzoo@comcast.net

  • If you send a check or money order also send a MANILA or PADDED Self Addressed Envelope to return them to you in (I WILL NOT send out more than 5 patches in a regular white envelope, they are not sturdy enough).
Orders over 5 need to be in a manila envelope.

  • If mailing a postcard within the USA (Hawaii and Alaska too) the postage required is only 26 cents. I have received all kinds of crazy amounts --with the majority being 41 cents. I know that troops have a hard time finding funds to do this exchange--adding to the price by using incorrect, inflated postage is not good. If mailing from the US to Canada or Mexico the price is 69 cents and foreign is 90 cents. One other thing to remember is that if you are mailing to an APO or FPO address it is considered as the US and you only pay the US amounts.

I can not be held responsible for lost patches so please make sure to send a bubble envelope or other sturdy envelope. Please send your check or money order along with your self addressed stamped envelope, to me at:

Jan McKinney ~ 1110 Forest Drive Pooler, Georgia 31322

PAYPAL:  If you choose to use PayPal you can send payment to this email address mckinneyzoo@comcast.net. Please add 2.9% of your total plus .30 (US funds) for fees charged to me by paypal. I will purchase your envelope.

HELP OUT INTERNATIONAL UNITS: Each year there are international units that can not afford the exchange rate to purchase patches. If you are a US troop and wish to help our international troops/units you can purchase postcard exchange patches for them and in return I will send you badges from other countries. Please make a notation on your orders of how many are for international units.
